We want both you and your pup to be happy with your Luna Snacks purchase!

Because our treats are food products, we’re unable to accept returns once a bag has been opened. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you’re not satisfied with the quality, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving it.

We’ll happily review your case and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
